About the role
- Manage files for funding requests (notably related to job retention, workplace adjustments, etc.) for the Group’s Disability Mission
- Support in handling applications for official recognition of employees with disabilities and related cases
- Administrative oversight and management of files related to employee benefits (e.g., Edenred)
- Management and creation of supplier data
- Budget support: receipt of purchase requests and consolidation
- Communication with suppliers: payment follow-up, reminders, and development of action plans aimed at continuous improvement
- Support in managing contracts for associative partnerships and other partners / Creation and maintenance of the contract repository: collection of contracts, consolidation, and implementation and updating of a tracking spreadsheet
- Preparation and monitoring of indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Diploma at Bac+2 to Bac+3 level (equivalent to 2–3 years of higher education) with proven successful professional experience in a company
- Basic financial knowledge (budget construction) and practical experience in budget management (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Knowledge of project management
- Recognized for strong rigor (attention to detail), solid analytical and synthesis skills, and excellent organization
- Known for being proactive and for proposing improvements; comfortable with numbers and able to work on cross-functional and networked projects
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

- English proficiency sufficient for reading and writing
