About the role
- Nicole is looking for a work-study Customer Relations Project Coordinator to join the Nestlé France Consumer Service team.
- You will help strengthen the relationship between Nestlé, its brands and consumers, and work with the contact centre service provider.
- You will be responsible for information management, monitoring the quality of communications, and improving IT solutions as well as contributing to projects for new tools (e.g., bots).
- Analyze consumer contacts, identify trends and present findings to brands to make recommendations within a continuous improvement framework.
- Contribute to researching and sharing consumer insights from verbatims collected across all channels.
- Gather product and brand information from marketing, quality, regulatory, nutrition and sustainability teams to make it accessible to consumers and to advisors handling direct contacts.
- Ensure consistency of messaging and adherence to established processes.
- Ensure smooth communication between different teams and the brands.
- Propose adjustments to improve process efficiency and take part in projects to optimise the IT solutions used by the teams.
- Participate in development projects aimed at improving the consumer journey (bots, AI-driven contact solutions).
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in communications and project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys working in a team.
- Proactive approach.
- Project management skills.
- Good general knowledge of digital channels and social media.
- Strong written communication skills.
- English level sufficient to read and write documents and to take part in meetings.
