About the role

  • Act as a liaison to facilitate and improve the employee experience with HR centers of expertise (Learning & Development, Recruitment, Employee Relations, etc.)
  • Coordinate HR processes for employees (manage onboarding/offboarding and integration of new hires) in collaboration with the teams responsible for personnel administration
  • Provide support in the annual HR cycle processes
  • Contribute to documenting and updating HR procedures
  • Support managers on HR processes and tools (performance, compensation, training)
  • Participate in HR projects: propose and deploy initiatives to improve the employee experience at the corporate headquarters
  • Prepare analyses and reports to support management of the scope, notably using Power BI
  • Provide support in employee relations with representative bodies (head office works council, central works council, negotiation meetings, etc.)
  • Prepare meetings with social partners, including developing presentation materials and consolidating data.

Requirements

  • Master's-level student (Bac+5) specializing in Human Resources
  • Service-oriented and respectful of confidentiality, with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint (interest in numbers or people analytics is a plus)
  • Rigorous, organized and curious
  • Enjoys working in a team and wishes to develop in a responsible environment
