About the role

  • Co‑develop Market Channel Strategies with internal/external experts to contribute to market growth ambition.
  • Design and execute budgeted multi‑brand promotional plans across priority channels and customers with the support of 2 other team members.
  • Drive customer engagement and coordinate with Sales and CDT teams to ensure best-in-class execution of multi-brand promotions.
  • Develop innovative promotions with shopper agencies and customers for maximum effectiveness.
  • Build market capabilities in creation of Picture‑of‑Success and enhance promotion evaluation methods; contribute to MBP, QIR, and ICP planning.
  • Contribute into coaching and development of young talents on the team.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent, in economics, marketing, business management or similar field
  • Proven experience in generating demand such as category development or sales is required; marketing is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of channels, customers, shoppers, and commercial tools such as promotions, POS materials, and assortment layouts
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven strategic thinking and long-term planning abilities
  • Analytical mindset
  • Fluent in English and a professional proficiency of German, French is a plus
