About the role
- Manage administrative and operational HR activities
- Maintain employee files (contracts, movements, routine HR documents)
- Monitor working time records, absences and related elements
- Serve as a local HR point of contact for employees’ day-to-day questions
- Support HR projects and the development of HR practices
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects (organization, QWL, retention, talent management)
- Help update and improve existing HR processes
- Assist in preparing HR dashboards and basic analyses to inform decision-making
- Oversee internal HR communications
- Draft and distribute HR communications (internal memos, notices, meeting materials)
- Help promote HR initiatives and site projects to teams
- Organize training and skills development activities
- Manage logistics (requests for quotes, invitations, attendance tracking, liaison with training organizations)
- Update training records and related indicators
- Support employee relations
- Assist in preparing documents related to the Works Council (CSE).
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Human Resources
- Previous experience in an apprenticeship program or a substantial HR internship (experience in a large company is an advantage, ideally in industry or food production)
- Strong analytical and structuring skills; comfortable working with data and dashboards
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Energetic team player with discretion, diplomacy, and a professional approach to employee relations
- Comfortable with operational, on-site work: regular presence on the shop floor or production site and close interaction with teams
