💰 $118,000 - $140,000 per year

About the role

  • Manufacturing products by supervising staff, organizing, and monitoring workflow.
  • Managing all GMP packaging operations for pills and tablets, both automated and manual.
  • Responsible for maintaining all safety rules and SOPs in accordance with company and regulatory policies.
  • Communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
  • Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintaining compliance with food safety, quality, and cGMP requirements.
  • Maintaining appropriate files for tracking batch and lot records.
  • Completing production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel and establishing priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Management
  • 5+ years’ related experience and/or training
  • Must have prior GMP experience.
  • You must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • A strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills, verbal and written communication skills, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with an ability the make quick decisions, provide coaching, and build a team.
  • Fluent ability to read, write, and understand English.
