About the role
- Providing high quality advice and customer service to staff at all levels on HR policies, processes and services for AU, NZ & Pacific Island Markets.
- Generating employment contracts, letters, and documentation for all aspects of the employee life cycle.
- Processing and approving Employee Move or Change requests to our Payroll Processing team based in Manilla.
- Coordinating Service Awards for AU, NZ & Pacific Island Markets.
- Providing input and support to HR projects and other initiatives driven by our HR business partners and centres of excellence.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or related field of study
- 2 to 3 years' experience working in a similar role
- Knowledge of HR practices in both Australia and New Zealand
- Strong attention to detail, solid understanding of employment contract preparation, policy advice and generalist HR duties
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- You enjoy working with data and spreadsheets with strong excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about working for Nestlé and sharing its purpose.
