About the role

  • Achieve market share objectives in both volume and value across all customers in your territory
  • Negotiate and ensure the implementation of promotional placements for our products in support of our leaflets, using all available resources
  • Optimize the presence and visibility of our products in all points of sale, in accordance with applicable agreements
  • Drive and ensure compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the company’s commercial policy
  • Optimize resources allocated at the territory, regional and national levels (promotions, budget, cooperation contracts)
  • Report activity results and provide customer and competitor information to the Regional Manager, in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in a commercial/business field, ideally with initial experience in field sales, head office roles and/or marketing
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficient in sales techniques and field methods and tools
  • Able to work autonomously and take responsibility
  • Strong negotiation skills
