About the role

  • Drive brand performance — Develop and implement data-driven brand and medical marketing strategies to strengthen competitiveness and market share across the medical channel.
  • Translate insights into action — Analyze market trends, portfolio performance, and HCP insights to create differentiated product positioning and quantified brand plans.
  • Lead medical marketing initiatives — Design and execute impactful medical marketing projects that enhance brand visibility and scientific credibility.
  • Manage product portfolio & launches — Oversee brand portfolio management, pricing strategy, and supply chain readiness to ensure seamless innovation and renovation (I&R) launches.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally — Partner closely with the Nutrition Field Force, Key Account Managers, and distribution partners to align brand priorities and execution excellence.
  • Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) — Build partnerships with HCPs and KOLs to strengthen product endorsement and advocacy.
  • Champion product innovation — Identify opportunities in formulation, communication, and positioning to drive superiority versus competition, and work with regional/global teams on renovation initiatives.
  • Enable field teams — Develop effective scientific communication materials, detailing aids, and training tools that empower Nutrition Advisors and sales teams to execute brand strategies effectively.

Requirements

  • Medical or healthcare background (Pharmacist, Doctor, or equivalent degree) is a must.
  • Minimum 5 years of brand management experience in nutrition, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry, managing multiple products or portfolios.
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic brand and medical marketing plans under demanding market conditions.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across functions (Sales, Medical, Supply Chain, Regional Marketing).
  • Experience with infant or specialized medical nutrition brands is a strong plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and passionate about improving patients’ nutritional outcomes.
