About the role
- Drive Nestlé’s business outcomes in assigned territory by managing distribution and sales processes
- Ensure product availability across all channels
- Plan and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Monitor distributor expenses and profitability
- Manage distribution setup and secondary sales force deployment
- Implement trade and consumer activations, merchandising, and visibility programs
- Ensure distributor compliance with company-defined roles
- Train and develop the secondary sales force
- Conduct performance evaluations of secondary sales personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–5 years of field sales experience in FMCG/FMCD
- Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution management
- Ability to develop and maintain strong trade and distributor relationships
- Proven experience in achieving business targets and driving execution
- Good command over communication, analytics and problem-solving
- Ability to lead and motivate secondary sales teams in dynamic environments
