About the role

  • Drive Nestlé’s business outcomes in assigned territory by managing distribution and sales processes
  • Ensure product availability across all channels
  • Plan and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Monitor distributor expenses and profitability
  • Manage distribution setup and secondary sales force deployment
  • Implement trade and consumer activations, merchandising, and visibility programs
  • Ensure distributor compliance with company-defined roles
  • Train and develop the secondary sales force
  • Conduct performance evaluations of secondary sales personnel

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1–5 years of field sales experience in FMCG/FMCD
  • Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution management
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong trade and distributor relationships
  • Proven experience in achieving business targets and driving execution
  • Good command over communication, analytics and problem-solving
  • Ability to lead and motivate secondary sales teams in dynamic environments
