About the role
- Build complete Channel/Customer Plan to drive the overall business
- Lead, coach, and develop the Key account sales team and 3rd party merchandising team
- Lead on the execution of the plans for assigned Account (s) through the key account team
- Facilitate excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning
- Nurture productive business relationship to include cross-functional leaders and customer key stakeholders
- Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Min. 5 years of relevant Key Account Manager experience in different customers
- Demonstrated success in previous roles
- Interpersonal skills
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Analytical skills
