About the role

  • Build complete Channel/Customer Plan to drive the overall business
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Key account sales team and 3rd party merchandising team
  • Lead on the execution of the plans for assigned Account (s) through the key account team
  • Facilitate excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning
  • Nurture productive business relationship to include cross-functional leaders and customer key stakeholders
  • Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Min. 5 years of relevant Key Account Manager experience in different customers
  • Demonstrated success in previous roles
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Analytical skills
