About the role

  • The Warehouse Coordinator supports inventory control and warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving coverage, across the facility and external storage locations. This role ensures accurate material tracking, reconciliation of physical and system inventory, and timely execution of warehouse transactions using SAP and related systems. Working hours may vary based on operational needs, and schedule flexibility is required as the role adapts to business demands. Primary Responsibilities Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies. Reconcile daily production (finished goods and raw/pack materials). Assign storage locations and execute material transfers. Provide shipping and receiving coverage as needed. Create and process Purchase Requisitions, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and Goods Receipts in SAP. Support audit readiness, record retention, and compliance standards. Partner with Quality on non-conforming goods. Communicate inventory status with Planning and Operations teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • SAP and Excel proficiency preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing operational needs.
