About the role
- Translate the annual Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) strategy and event calendar into full path to purchase customer plan
- Lead senior customer engagement and ensure exceptional execution of shopper events
- Develop and embed a long-term strategic roadmap to position Nestle as your customers most admired and progressive shopper & media partner
- Act as a centre of excellence for Nestlé in the Market (NIM) showcasing best-in-class retail media activation
- Provide day-to-day line management, support, and coaching to a Shopper Marketing Executive
Requirements
- Proven background in marketing or commercial roles within FMCG, especially in digital and shopper channels
- Previous experience or exposure to shopper or trade marketing
- Strong understanding of the in-store and online retail environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and embrace challenge
- Strong understanding of retail media networks
- Experience in leading and coaching team direct reports
