About the role

  • Partner with business leaders, operations teams, project teams, and finance partners to deliver accurate end-to-end purchase order management, reporting, and improve financial processes.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business results.
  • Support monthly period end close activities in collaboration with cross functional teams and maintain reporting accuracy across systems.
  • Coordinate annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles.
  • Conduct strategic financial analyses, including forecasts, budgets, cash-flow modeling, and scenario evaluation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting workflows.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • 1–2+ years of experience in Finance or an analytical role preferred
  • Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with databases and systems such as SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft applications
  • Experience working with cross functional teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial concepts to non-finance audiences.
