About the role
- Ensure reliability, functionality, and performance of computer hardware, software, databases, and network systems
- Troubleshoot application, network, and hardware issues
- Execute system software changes and upgrades
- Provide hands-on information systems support for daily factory operations
- Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot in-house office-related computer hardware, software, and multi-media systems
- Deliver training to end users on plant floor technology
- Coordinate hardware repairs with vendors as needed
- Participate in cross-functional process improvement teams to drive plant performance
Requirements
- Associate’s degree required, preferably in computer science or IT Management, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
- Experience in systems operations (PC, Cisco Networking)
- Phone System administration and maintenance (Cisco, Teams EV)
- Windows operating systems
- Windows Server operating systems
- Apple iOS
- SQL Database
- VMWare, Nutanix
