About the role

  • Contribute to increasing client satisfaction, loyalty, and business success by using Total Service Quality as a comprehensive approach to manage and improve service quality across the organization.
  • Ensure clients are satisfied with the services delivered by the shared services center.
  • Lead meetings to share and present key area highlights, coordinate projects, resolve issues, and connect multiple teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, promoting loyalty and repeat business.
  • Address concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide clear and concise communication about services, updates, and changes.
  • Deliver accurate information or solutions promptly.
  • Understand when and how to escalate matters to other teams.
  • Identify improvement areas in service processes and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  • Work with other teams to ensure integrated and satisfactory service delivery.
  • Anticipate client needs and provide proactive support to improve their experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA or postgraduate specialization is a plus.
  • Advanced conversational Spanish is required.
  • Conversational English is a plus.
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement, agile methodologies, and HR Business Services.
  • Previous experience managing large-scale operations (desirable).
  • Experience in program and project management.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership and coaching in problem-solving activities (basic, intermediate, and complex methodologies).
