About the role

  • Lead the design and execution of the factory Operational Strategic Plan to achieve sustainable results through continuous improvement, process optimization, and waste elimination.
  • Apply Industrial Performance, Focus Improvement, and Goal Alignment methodologies.
  • Serve as a technical reference for tools such as IVPH, SMED, and DMAIC.
  • Ensure the quality of reporting and data management in SAM and SAP.
  • Conduct studies of machines, labor, materials, and energy.
  • Manage improvement projects and waste elimination initiatives.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate the application of Goal Alignment (GA) tools.
  • Administer the stoppage recording system (SAM).
  • Create and maintain master data for recipes and line standards in SAP.

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • 3 years in a similar position.
  • Preferably experience in production and/or as a Methods Engineer.
  • Advanced English (minimum B2).
  • Proven leadership of projects and continuous improvement methodologies involving cross-functional teams.
  • Minimum Yellow Belt: for small/medium-complexity factories.
  • Minimum Green Belt: for medium/high-complexity factories.
  • Experience in coaching techniques and methods.
  • Analysis and application of factory Costs and Finance (TCOP) and basic knowledge of chain Costs (TDC).
  • Application of NCE tools (Industrial Performance, Focus Improvement, Goal Alignment, TPM, and Lean).
