About the role

  • Negotiate the adaptation of national and regional agreements within defined Category policies.
  • Develop presence, visibility, sales revenue and market share for the Coffee, Petfood, Chocolate and Infant Formula categories across all targeted stores and Drives in your territory.
  • Drive the achievement of KPIs for your territory.
  • Define the tasks of the merchandiser with whom you will work as a pair, taking into account safety and working time rules.
  • Visit a portfolio of hypermarkets, supermarkets and Drives to achieve market share objectives, activating all levers (distribution, shelf presence, promotional activation, etc.) with your customers.
  • Organize and manage the activities of your merchandiser counterpart.
  • Optimize the presence and visibility of our products in all points of sale, in accordance with the applicable agreements.
  • Negotiate and ensure implementation of promotional feature displays for our references in support of our brochures using all available means.
  • Enforce the general terms and conditions of sale as well as the Group's commercial policy.
  • Optimize resources allocated at sector, regional and national levels (budget, POS materials, etc.).
  • Use available data to support and enhance the business plan with customers.
  • Report to the Regional Manager on activity results as well as on customer and competitor information, in accordance with applicable procedures.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5) in a commercial/business field, ideally with initial experience in field sales, head office or marketing.
  • Naturally curious — you are attracted to what you don't yet know.
  • A strong desire to learn and motivation to meet new people.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in sales techniques and field methods/tools.
  • Autonomous, responsible, with strong negotiation skills.
  • Valid driving license (Category B).
