About the role
- Responsible for the people agenda and for the creation and implementation of a people plan aligned with the business
- Contribute to the execution of the strategic plans through the creation and implementation of the People Strategies that attract, develop and retain employees
- Pro-actively challenge the established organizational structure and manage effective transformations & change projects aligned with Nestlé goals & initiatives
- Drive the Performance and Talent Management cycles and the achievement of business goals keeping in mind specific Nestlé priorities (diversity and inclusion, youth, etc.)
- Ensure effective support to Line Managers during day-to-day activities and delivery of key HR processes - succession planning, performance review, etc.
- Work with leaders to enhance current and future functional and leadership capability needs; lead the continuous development journey of internal talents
- Establish and maintain effective and positive win-win working relationships with managers and employees through productive communication and co-operation
- Partner with the respective CoCs and Local HR Services team to drive development of the function and ensure the strategic needs of the business are considered and solutions are delivered
- Promote a culture and environment in line with the Nestlé principles
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Strong Experience as an HR Business Partner with good knowledge of the Swiss Law
- Experience in other HR areas e.g. Talent Management; Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Recruitment/Resourcing, is a plus
- Experience in leading, coaching and developing people in a high performing team environment e.g. performance management
- Stakeholder management with courage to constructively challenge at all levels of the organization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience & continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent in English & French.
