About the role
- Serve as the first point of contact for the HR department, handling employee inquiries and supporting the HR team with scheduling, communications, and file management
- Administer site-level payroll auditing and processing weekly.
- Maintain and generate reports using SAP Master Data
- Plan and lead employee and community events that reflect our culture and values
- Coordinate onboarding and exit processes, including IT setup and workspace assignments
- Manage the site’s job posting system and track internal movements
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operations
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- At least two years of experience in administrative support or as an HR coordinator, preferably within a manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Proven capacity to maintain confidentiality and appropriately manage sensitive information
- Highly motivated self-starter who excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
