About the role

  • You will be responsible for optimizing the implementation of NPPCOF Specialist’s commercial strategy in the stores and points of contact within your territory
  • Develop the turnover (revenue) and market share of your territory
  • Ensure correct implementation of our strategy in stores in terms of assortment, pricing, display and promotions
  • Enforce distribution and the placement of assortments negotiated in advance
  • Manage product listings and monitor your activity via the Sales Force tool
  • Implement promotional actions across the entire brand portfolio
  • Be accountable for respecting commercial budgets and agreed conditions in coordination with your Regional Manager
  • Optimize the presence and visibility of our brand image and products within retail outlets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) to Master’s degree (Bac +5) in a commercial/business field, ideally with initial field sales experience
  • Proficient with office software and sales force tools
  • Curious and motivated
  • Strong sales techniques
  • Results-oriented
  • Highly rigorous and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive with strong negotiation skills
  • Valid driving license (Category B)
