About the role

  • You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the NPPCOF Specialist commercial strategy across retail outlets and customer touchpoints in your territory.
  • Grow revenue and market share in your territory by leveraging commercial levers for retail accounts.
  • Ensure correct execution of our strategy at points of sale in terms of assortment, pricing, display, promotions, and product training.
  • Manage product listings and track your activity using the field sales/CRM tool.
  • Implement promotional activities across the entire brand portfolio.
  • Analyze territory results and propose an action plan to your Regional Manager tailored to different distribution channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) to Master’s degree (Bac+5) in a commercial/business field, ideally with initial field sales experience.
  • Proficient with office software and field sales/CRM tools.
  • Strong sales skills, target-oriented, highly organized, with excellent interpersonal skills; proactive with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Valid Category B driving licence.
