About the role
- Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will contribute to HR projects and provide support to the Human Resources Development team.
- Assist in preparing Works Council (CSE) meetings and its committees.
- Help prepare meetings with trade unions.
- Take part in handling issues raised by employee representative bodies.
- Support on legal and HR-related matters.
- Participate in the rollout of HR projects.
- Prepare HR legal and administrative documents.
- Perform HR and legal monitoring (legal watch).
Requirements
- Required profile: Bac+4 level in Employment Law / Labour Law (or equivalent Master’s-level training)
- Strong knowledge of employment law, particularly collective employment relations.
- Good understanding of HR processes.
- Recognised for your rigor, autonomy, interpersonal ease, writing skills, analytical mindset, curiosity and proactivity.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office 365.
- English level sufficient to read, write and participate in meetings.
