About the role

  • Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will contribute to HR projects and provide support to the Human Resources Development team.
  • Assist in preparing Works Council (CSE) meetings and its committees.
  • Help prepare meetings with trade unions.
  • Take part in handling issues raised by employee representative bodies.
  • Support on legal and HR-related matters.
  • Participate in the rollout of HR projects.
  • Prepare HR legal and administrative documents.
  • Perform HR and legal monitoring (legal watch).

Requirements

  • Required profile: Bac+4 level in Employment Law / Labour Law (or equivalent Master’s-level training)
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, particularly collective employment relations.
  • Good understanding of HR processes.
  • Recognised for your rigor, autonomy, interpersonal ease, writing skills, analytical mindset, curiosity and proactivity.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office 365.
  • English level sufficient to read, write and participate in meetings.
