About the role
- You independently manage a defined group of employees—from onboarding to offboarding.
- As a strategic partner to our leaders, you advise them on all HR-related matters—practically and solution-oriented.
- You independently lead recruiting for specialists and oversee the entire selection process.
- You carry out individual personnel measures, support feedback and performance discussions, and act as a sparring partner for our managers.
- Within your area of responsibility, you actively drive talent management, succession planning, and personnel development.
- You contribute to a variety of HR projects—also across locations and in close collaboration with other teams.
Requirements
- You have a university degree, completed HR qualification (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau), or several years of experience in a comparable role.
- You demonstrate empathy, persuasiveness, and a confident presence even in demanding conversations.
- You approach complex topics independently, in a structured way, and with a clear sense of priorities.
- You possess solid knowledge of labor and co-determination law and apply it practically—experience working with employee representation is familiar to you.
- Fluent German and good English skills and confident use of MS Office complete your profile.
