About the role
- Function as manager on duty, driving sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building customer relationships.
- Cultivate personalized coffee experiences by using storytelling to share knowledge of coffee and sustainability practices.
- Act to influence and inspire a team to drive sales and service performance through coaching and training.
- Ensure store standards are maintained; cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks.
- Actively seek and provide feedback, build strong relationships with colleagues, and thrive in a collaborative team setting.
Requirements
- 2+ yrs. experience in driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment.
- Patience for day-to-day challenges and resourceful in troubleshooting on the spot.
- Effective communication, time management and analytical skills.
- Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
