About the role

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or MBA.
  • Minimum of 9 years experience in global or zone-level public affairs within FMCG or related industries.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, NGOs, and community leaders.
  • Developing and implementing advocacy strategies to influence public policy and opinion.
  • Crafting communication strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Engaging in CSR initiatives positively contributing to society.
  • Knowledge of local regulatory environments and stakeholder ecosystems within FMCG companies, advocacy organizations.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule out of the corporate office in Arlington, VA.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time across the US and Europe.
