About the role

  • Ensure accounting transactions are properly recorded, reconciled and reported within established deadlines
  • Strengthen the quality of financial information
  • Drive improvements in internal processes
  • Perform day-to-day accounting activities
  • Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives
  • Perform the daily reconciliation of company sales (cash, credit card, online payments, etc.)
  • Maintain control of Fixed Assets in the accounting system
  • Identify and analyze discrepancies in Balance Sheet accounts
  • Support the PEC coordinator in monthly closing activities
  • Prepare reports to be sent monthly to the Head Office
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports to stakeholders
  • Achieve key KPI targets, meet team objectives and improve business processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field (Accounting, Business Administration, etc.) - required
  • Advanced English proficiency - required
  • Intermediate Excel skills - desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in Accounting Operations - required
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
