About the role
- Achieve market share targets in both volume and value across all customers within your territory
- Negotiate and ensure the implementation of promotional activations for our SKUs in support of our flyers, using all available means
- Optimize the presence and visibility of our products in all points of sale, in accordance with applicable agreements
- Drive and enforce the general terms and conditions of sale as well as the Company's commercial policy
- Optimize resources allocated at the territory, regional and national levels (promotions, budgets, cooperation contracts)
- Report activity results and provide customer and competitor information to the Regional Manager in line with established procedures.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in a commercial/business field, ideally with initial experience in field sales, head office or marketing
- Naturally curious and eager to learn; you are motivated by discovering what you don’t yet know
- Strong desire to learn and to meet new people
- A taste for challenge and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficient in sales techniques, field methods and tools
- Autonomous, responsible, and a strong negotiator
- Valid category B driving license
