About the role

  • Achieve market share targets in both volume and value across all customers within your territory
  • Negotiate and ensure the implementation of promotional activations for our SKUs in support of our flyers, using all available means
  • Optimize the presence and visibility of our products in all points of sale, in accordance with applicable agreements
  • Drive and enforce the general terms and conditions of sale as well as the Company's commercial policy
  • Optimize resources allocated at the territory, regional and national levels (promotions, budgets, cooperation contracts)
  • Report activity results and provide customer and competitor information to the Regional Manager in line with established procedures.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in a commercial/business field, ideally with initial experience in field sales, head office or marketing
  • Naturally curious and eager to learn; you are motivated by discovering what you don’t yet know
  • Strong desire to learn and to meet new people
  • A taste for challenge and a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficient in sales techniques, field methods and tools
  • Autonomous, responsible, and a strong negotiator
  • Valid category B driving license
