About the role
- Developing, managing and hunting key clients in the out-of-home organized channel
- Managing and developing the existing client portfolio
- Managing the Additional Channel, ensuring achievement of sales, volume, and profitability targets
- Developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders at both central and, where necessary, local levels
- Conducting structured hunting activities: identify new business opportunities, prospect new clients, analyze potential, make contact, present the offer, and negotiate up to deal closure
- Defining, negotiating, and implementing commercial terms, price lists, promotions, and activation plans in line with company strategy
- Analyzing performance by client and channel, proposing improvement and development plans
- Collaborating with Marketing and Trade Marketing to build launch plans, in-store activities, visibility materials, and ad-hoc projects for key clients
- Monitoring market trends, competition, and new out-of-home consumption trends
- Ensuring constant alignment with internal functions for effective agreement execution
- Preparing periodic reporting on results, new client pipeline, negotiation status, and main channel KPIs
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sales
- Strong knowledge of modern trade, OOH, vending or special channels is considered a plus
- Fluent in Italian and good knowledge (written and spoken) of English
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
