About the role
- Ensure the performance of the unit (Safety, Quality, Cost, Efficiency, Environment).
- Implement the executive committee's strategy.
- Manage an autonomous team of 12 people.
- Develop skills and ensure the resources necessary for production.
- Prepare and lead operational meetings and routines.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams and the local committee.
- Contribute to TPM initiatives, coach activities and lead specific projects.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in food industry or a technical discipline.
- Management experience.
- Results-oriented.
- Good level of English.
- Skills in problem-solving methodologies and tools.
