About the role
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
- Actively search new opportunities to find leads in assigned channels including cold calling, networking, social media
- Research and identify potential markets and customer segments
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their needs
- Negotiate and close sales to achieve revenue targets
- Manage entire sales process from initial contact to final agreement
- Nurture won customers during initial acquisition before transitioning to Area Sales Executive
- Track and report on sales performance dashboard and sales activities
- Conduct Pre-& Post-assessment of machine placements
- Work closely with internal stakeholders for smooth operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience or FMCG, preferably in foodservice or hospitality
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business sales targets
- Experience selling to chefs, F&B managers, purchasing directors, or distributors
- Experience launching new products or entering new markets will be a plus
