About the role
- Define MT Channel growth driver and category prioritization by customer by format in order to develop MT Channel plan and initiatives to achieve business KPIs
- Initiate Nestle corporate theme and Customer specific plans by cluster to drive MT Channel growth and Shopper engagement by turn shopper insight and category growth drivers into action and execute through OMNI channel approach
- Develop clear execution and activation guidance to ensure alignment of customer specific plans within overall channel strategy and plan
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, market share, and ROI on trade investments.
- Drive E-Retailers growth through online activations focusing on accelerate share of search both organic and paid search, retail digital media (CPAS) and full funnel marketing communication
- Conduct/Refresh shopper research in order to ensure that shopper insight understanding is always up to date and provide input to category development team and sales team to develop category/customer plan
- Lead MT projects with best in-class execution such as in-store visibility and in-store activation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Trade Marketing/Category Development/Channel Development
- Demonstrable record of success in a customer (not limited to Key Accounts) facing role.
- Understands customers and the selling process.
