About the role

  • Lead country-level bottom-up consensus demand plans by efficiently aligning stakeholders
  • Ensure Sellout/IMS data is incorporated into the bottom-up consensus demand plan
  • Build bottom-up Risks & Opportunities through an effective pre-alignment meeting
  • Support the automation roadmap and drive focus in MBPC
  • Continuously revise the demand plan and month landing
  • Ensure supply by coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Continuously monitor KPI performance and trends
  • Maintain and communicate the DPA learning log
  • Coordinate with the local A&P team to ensure timely execution and availability of promotional stock
  • Support order fulfillment management and assign reason codes for OOS (out-of-stock) situations

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of relevant operational experience at market/business level in at least one of the following areas: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service & Logistics, Procurement, or Statistical Analysis
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Proficient SAP user
  • Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, with strong impact and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical skills
