About the role
- Lead the design, estimation, justification, and execution of capital projects
- Investigate and resolve plant operational concerns
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of safety, quality, processes, productivity, and efficiency
- Direct installation of new equipment and automation enhancements
- Provide training for plant personnel
- Monitor outside contractors for compliance with company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in plant engineering, specifically project management within a manufacturing, production, or military environment
