About the role
- Ensure financial accuracy and compliance of all logistics-related payables
- Oversee the auditing and reconciliation of transportation invoices and batch reports with third-party logistics providers
- Drive process optimization by leveraging technology and automation to reduce manual efforts and minimize invoice discrepancies
Requirements
- Background in Financial Services (AP/AR) and/or Logistics Operations
- Bilingual (French) is an asset
- Preferred experience in the Transportation Industry (Carrier, railway, 3PL, etc.) with transportation service rating/costing and contracts
- Experience in CPG/Grocery industry - working with major retailers in Canada
- Analytics/Problem solving/LEAN methodology mindset and experience
