Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Data Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
12+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Operations, or consulting in the data domain.
5+ years of experience leading data strategy and management in a large company, including financial investment decisions and people leadership responsibilities.
3+ years of experience driving digital transformation and change management.
Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and deliver successful outcomes in complex environments.
Significant stakeholder management experience in a large matrix organization.
Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS), data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake), engineering (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, Azure Synapse), and visualization technologies (e.g., Power BI).
