About the role
- Conducting retention appointments based on a portfolio of 100 clients => 4 appointments per week (40% of the time)
- Physical, telephone and digital prospecting to generate leads, create opportunities and conduct prospect meetings (60% of the time)
- Occasional coverage of sales representatives when a territory is vacant – with support from a sales colleague from another territory (client retention, order follow-up, opening new accounts)
- Assisting in the organization and promotion of external events (client breakfasts, CSR events, tastings of new products)
Requirements
- You are completing a Master’s degree (M2) specializing in Business Development, Business Engineering, International Business, or General Management
- Proficient with office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a strong focus on Excel (creating PivotTables, merging files using VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, data analyses)
- Business development, prioritization, organization; knowledge of CSR is a plus
- Your customer service skills are outstanding: you are friendly, courteous and always attentive
- You are a true team player—at Nespresso, teamwork comes first
- Curious and adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills
- You have previous internship experience in sales (BDR, SDR, inside sales, etc.)
