About the role

  • Act as the bridge between the strategic brief for Digital Marketing Programs from HQ and the creative agencies
  • Act as the main point of contact for the brand, ensuring agencies’ outputs are in line with Nespresso's guidelines
  • Ensure the timely delivery of final creative assets for trigger-based programs
  • Advocates the implementation and usage of the Nestlé Content Operating Models (Content Services & Content Studios) and Global Solutions (e.g., Content Hub and integrated tools)
  • Coordinate with the agency to facilitate smooth delivery of assets, managing the back-and-forth process based on agreed creative review rounds
  • Creates and distributes regular performance reports/best practices outline that offer insights & recommendations
  • Manages and aligns with several stakeholders and must be able to drive change management and execute HQ agenda with agencies, Localization Partners and Markets

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years in digital marketing /eBusiness working with Global brands
  • Good knowledge of Digital Marketing and brand marketing
  • Experience with CRM Brand Campaigns is a must
  • Proficient English writing, reading, speaking
  • Proven change management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team oriented mentality and attitude
  • Ownership, responsibility & adaptability
  • Result oriented
  • Can work independently and predominantly in a remote team
  • Pro-active and self-driven
