About the role
- Ensure the definition and delivery of investment projects (safety, quality, environment, performance)
- Manage and develop the project engineering team
- Identify plant needs and maintain the master plan
- Oversee technical studies and investment plans
- Lead the installation and commissioning of new equipment (tenders, construction sites, ramp-up)
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and schedules
- Propose innovative solutions to optimize resources
Requirements
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in industry
- Strong knowledge of mechanics, automation, electrical systems, and thermodynamics
- Knowledge of food industry engineering and CAD (computer-aided design)
- Knowledge of safety regulations and occupational health requirements
- Fluent in English
- Solid experience managing CAPEX projects
- Ability to build, unite and lead cross-functional teams
