About the role

  • Follow up on the daily work of the Merchandisers and ensure the quality of their performance through daily visits according to the route plan.
  • Collect and review the daily reports sent by the Merchandisers.
  • Send reports periodically to the concerned parties in the sales or team coordinator.
  • Develop a route plan for the Merchandisers.
  • Distribute monthly incentives for the "Perfect Store" and quarterly incentives for the "Super Market" program with customer contacts.
  • Alert customers in case of any reason that may cause the incentive not to be disbursed and help the agents’ sales team resolve the issue.
  • Approve or reject the inclusion of any new customers in the "Perfect Store" program according to the store’s condition and the company's specific requirements.
  • Conduct agreements with stores for joining the "Perfect Store" and "Super Market" programs in the presence of the sales supervisor and company representative, agreeing on all the program conditions before the customer joins.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Sales
  • Resident in Alexanderia is a must
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—involving high-level communications with internal and external contacts
  • Ability to listen and simplify details depending upon target audience; ability to influence others
  • Exceptional ability to organize work and tasks; attention to detail and excellent follow-through
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and execute effectively against multiple projects and deadlines
  • Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement sharing best practices
