About the role

  • Take charge of the upstream phase of recruitment: run briefings with the recruiter and hiring manager, clarify needs and key criteria.
  • Write and publish AI-optimized job ads (titles, keywords, inclusivity) on LinkedIn, Indeed, JobTeaser, etc.
  • Perform enhanced sourcing: conduct semantic searches, match and prioritize CVs using AI assistants.
  • Ensure structured pre-screening of candidates.
  • Schedule interviews intelligently.
  • Provide personalized feedback to candidates and conduct structured reference checks.
  • Participate in forums, job fairs and webinars related to Employer Branding and Campus/University Relations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor HR trends and tools (tools, job boards, candidate trends).

Requirements

  • Degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s level, Bac+3 to Bac+5) with a specialization in purchasing, accounting, management, HR or administration.
  • Basic administrative management skills (document tracking, dashboards, KPIs).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of procurement and accounting processes: vendor creation, purchase orders (PO), collecting quotes, invoice processing, budget tracking.
  • Basic logistical organization (events, fairs, content).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Curiosity, motivation and a willingness to learn.
  • Adaptability and responsiveness.
  • English level sufficient to read, write and actively participate in meetings.
