About the role

  • Collect information and assumptions received from Markets and HQ Marketing, Commercial and Finance;
  • Liaise with HQ Marketing and Commercial to ensure that all launch or phase-out information has been submitted to the markets before communicating with Supply Chain;
  • Request and support markets in providing their 18-month rolling demand plan for new products;
  • Ensure that phase-out products are reflected in the markets' 18-month rolling demand plans;
  • Consolidate and challenge market forecasts;
  • Review and challenge Markets' DPA results;
  • Ensure Demand Plan information is available to all internal stakeholders through systematic reporting, ad-hoc reports and clear communication;
  • Support MBP meetings (MFR, MOR, Zone MBP) by gathering inputs from internal stakeholders and preparing presentation materials;
  • Analyze the 18-month rolling demand plan and ensure alignment with Dynamic Forecasts;
  • Challenge Supply Chain teams in the markets and verify that their 18-month rolling demand plans are consistent with business development;
  • Support markets with problem-solving initiatives to meet KPI targets (e.g., GSTD, DMAIC).

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in Engineering, Management, Mathematics or Statistics
  • At least 5 years of operational experience in Supply and Demand Planning is recommended
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English – additional languages are an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python) and Power BI is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
