About the role
- Collect information and assumptions received from Markets and HQ Marketing, Commercial and Finance;
- Liaise with HQ Marketing and Commercial to ensure that all launch or phase-out information has been submitted to the markets before communicating with Supply Chain;
- Request and support markets in providing their 18-month rolling demand plan for new products;
- Ensure that phase-out products are reflected in the markets' 18-month rolling demand plans;
- Consolidate and challenge market forecasts;
- Review and challenge Markets' DPA results;
- Ensure Demand Plan information is available to all internal stakeholders through systematic reporting, ad-hoc reports and clear communication;
- Support MBP meetings (MFR, MOR, Zone MBP) by gathering inputs from internal stakeholders and preparing presentation materials;
- Analyze the 18-month rolling demand plan and ensure alignment with Dynamic Forecasts;
- Challenge Supply Chain teams in the markets and verify that their 18-month rolling demand plans are consistent with business development;
- Support markets with problem-solving initiatives to meet KPI targets (e.g., GSTD, DMAIC).
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Engineering, Management, Mathematics or Statistics
- At least 5 years of operational experience in Supply and Demand Planning is recommended
- Fluent in Portuguese and English – additional languages are an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of programming languages (Python) and Power BI is a plus
