About the role
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with consumers
- Manage and enhance our digital visibility by driving both paid and organic search strategies
- Oversee the launch of new coffee pods, from concept development to shelf placement
- Work closely with global teams to integrate UK insights into global strategies
- Foster strong relationships with sales, supply chain, insights, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience within the FMCG category
- A passion for understanding consumer needs and leveraging data to develop impactful marketing strategies
- Strong strategic thinking and creativity
- Excellent organizational skills to execute projects effectively
- Superb communication skills that foster collaboration with stakeholders and align marketing initiatives with business strategies
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and pressure while finding positive solutions in complex situations.
