About the role

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with consumers
  • Manage and enhance our digital visibility by driving both paid and organic search strategies
  • Oversee the launch of new coffee pods, from concept development to shelf placement
  • Work closely with global teams to integrate UK insights into global strategies
  • Foster strong relationships with sales, supply chain, insights, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives

Requirements

  • Previous experience within the FMCG category
  • A passion for understanding consumer needs and leveraging data to develop impactful marketing strategies
  • Strong strategic thinking and creativity
  • Excellent organizational skills to execute projects effectively
  • Superb communication skills that foster collaboration with stakeholders and align marketing initiatives with business strategies
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and pressure while finding positive solutions in complex situations.
