About the role

  • Drive Nespresso’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business performance by owning and developing Nespresso-owned digital platforms (B2C & B2B)
  • Translate global eCommerce strategy into local execution, ensuring best-in-class customer experience, sustainable growth, and strong commercial results across all digital touchpoints
  • Own the performance of Nespresso’s DTC eCommerce platforms (B2C and B2B) in the local market
  • Ensure continuous monitoring and analysis of digital performance (traffic, conversion, AOV, retention, CLV)
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimize the end-to-end digital journey
  • Ensure a seamless, consistent, and premium customer experience across all digital touchpoints
  • Partner with Marketing, CRM, Supply Chain, IT, and Customer Service to deliver integrated omnichannel initiatives
  • Own and manage E-Commerce business cases and initiatives, ensuring clear ROI and alignment with strategic priorities
  • Act as the end-responsible for DTC eCommerce performance and results in the local market
  • Attract, develop, and retain top digital talent through coaching, feedback, and structured development plans

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Digital or equivalent
  • 5–6 years relevant experience in eCommerce/Digital, with 2–3 years in a people or functional leadership role
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven experience driving online sales and conversion
  • Solid experience managing digital platforms, performance analytics, and customer journeys
  • End-to-end exposure to eCommerce operations including UX, CRO, CRM, digital marketing, and platform optimization
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution
