About the role

  • Develop and deliver impactful brand plans for Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark.
  • Monitor portfolio and category performance.
  • Lead brand activations and ensure consistent brand positioning.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a similar commercial role, preferably within FMCG.
  • Relevant educational background.
  • Fluent in English and Danish.
  • Knowledge of another Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a plus.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills with a commercial, results-driven mindset.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, comfortable navigating a complex stakeholder landscape.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Positive, collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to shared success.
