About the role
- Develop and deliver impactful brand plans for Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark.
- Monitor portfolio and category performance.
- Lead brand activations and ensure consistent brand positioning.
- Drive brand strategy, including launches, relaunches, and assortment planning.
- Manage the brand budget and local adaptation of communication assets.
- Collaborate closely with other Brand Managers as part of a diverse, energetic, and consumer-centric team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a similar commercial role, preferably within FMCG.
- Relevant educational background.
- Fluent in English and Danish.
- Knowledge of another Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a plus.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial, results-driven mindset.
- Clear and effective communication skills, comfortable navigating a complex stakeholder landscape.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Positive, collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to shared success.
