About the role

  • Achieve market share objectives in both volume and value with all customers in your territory
  • Negotiate and ensure the implementation of promotional placements for our SKUs in support of our flyers, using all available resources
  • Optimize the presence and visibility of our products in all points of sale, in accordance with applicable agreements
  • Promote and enforce the general terms of sale as well as the Company’s commercial policy
  • Optimize resources allocated at the territory, regional and national levels (promotions, budgets, cooperation agreements)
  • Report to the Regional Manager on activity results as well as customer and competitor information, following established procedures.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in a commercial/business field, ideally with initial experience in field sales, head office and/or marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and field methods and tools
  • Valid driving license (category B).
