About the role
- Ensure outstanding delivery of 3PL services at optimum cost
- Manage the relationship & performance of service providers
- Track the 3PL's performance and cost, solving day to day issues
- Ensure communication and collaboration with other functional departments
- Putting in place a structured continuous improvement approach
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in Supply Chain
- 2-3 years of Warehouse Management experience
- Experience in Transportation or any other relevant Supply Chain experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills
