About the role
- As an IT Senior Business Analyst, you will be the partner of business from IT, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs, opportunities and issues, advising on the best solutions.
- Support the development of technology strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collect, analyse, document and test program development and process flows.
- Coach the virtual team to find the best solutions that align with customer objectives and IT strategy.
- Partner with business, market FRM (Function Relationship Manager) and IT Product Team to translate business requirements into IT solutions.
- Ensure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution design.
- Adhere to the governance, guide and reinforce the virtual team and business on the way of working.
- Escalation Management and support Vendor Performance Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related discipline; M.B.A. preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, with strong understand in Business processes, able to connect the End-to-End upstream & downstream integration flow, and strong in project management experience.
- Strong experience in Agile/DevOps environments and design thinking methodology.
- Experience in Artificial intelligence technology, digital transformation project add value.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global environment.
