About the role
- Ensure, secure and optimize the generation and distribution of energy and utilities.
- Lead the maintenance strategy to reduce unplanned downtime and optimize costs.
- Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance.
- Deploy the Energy Management System (EMS) and monitor performance.
- Supervise the wastewater treatment plant and pressure equipment.
- Contribute to the zero‑carbon master plan and energy efficiency projects.
- Support digitalization and the development of your team’s skills.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering (mechanical, process, industrial or energy engineering).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance or industrial services.
- Proficient in energy optimization methods and continuous improvement tools.
- Good knowledge of safety and quality constraints in the food industry.
- Comfortable with project management and compliance audits.
- Good level of English and strong communication skills.
- Curious, responsive and able to coach and train others.
