About the role
- Stakeholder & interface management: You coordinate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders such as CBEC, Marketing, Sales and agencies.
- Product management & marketing support (BEBA): You support product launches and product maintenance, prepare agency briefings, and manage social media channels (e.g., WeChat) as well as communications campaigns.
- Operational processing & customer activities: You assist with order and payment processes and support administrative and analytical tasks related to promotions, couponing and sweepstakes.
- Market, competitor & price analyses: You conduct market and competitor analyses, research trends, and prepare price overviews and price analyses.
- Customer relationship management & complaints: You organize customer events and handle complaints in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Study program: You are studying Business Administration, Economics or Oecotrophology (Nutritional Science) or are taking a gap year between your Bachelor's and Master's degrees.
- Language skills: You have fluent Chinese and very good German and English skills.
- Market & digital competence: You have knowledge of the Chinese market and culture; experience with WeChat, TikTok or Alibaba is a plus.
- Working style & tools: You work creatively as well as analytically-conceptually and are proficient with MS Office applications.
- Practical experience: Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience through internships, part-time jobs or comparable activities.
